Order Tracking
We know how important it is for you to stay updated on your order. That’s why we make it simple to track your purchase every step of the way, from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it arrives at your door.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s website. This allows you to check the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your package. If you created an account with us, you can also log in at any time, go to My Orders, and view the latest updates directly from your account dashboard.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after you receive your confirmation email, depending on the courier. If your tracking number does not show movement right away, don’t worry—your package is on its way and will update as soon as it is scanned by the carrier.
For international orders, additional processing time may occur at customs. Celianne is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, or other factors outside of our control.
If you believe there is an issue with your shipment—such as a lost package, delayed delivery, or incorrect tracking updates—please contact us at contact@celianne.com with your order number, and our support team will gladly assist you.
We recommend that you double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues. Celianne is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
