Returns & Refunds

    At Celianne, your satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain the quality and integrity of our products, all returns must meet the following conditions.


    General Return Policy

    • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    • For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
    • Returns must be initiated within the allowed timeframe (14 days EU cooling-off). Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, free from damage.
    • Include all original packaging (tags, box, pouch, certificates, and any accessories provided).
    • Be shipped from the same country where the order was placed.
    • Sets must be returned in full; individual pieces from a set cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

    Proof of purchase is required: Only orders placed directly through Celianne.net are eligible. We do not process returns from unauthorized retailers.


    Inspection Before Approval

    • All returned items are carefully inspected.
    • Returns that show signs of wear, damage, missing parts, or missing certification will be denied and sent back to the customer.
    • No “switch” returns: Returned items must match the product originally shipped. Serial numbers, certifications, and product details will be verified.
    • Returns missing original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@celianne.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Non-returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

    • Engraved or monogrammed products
    • Earrings used during piercing services
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or promotional merchandise

    Return Process

    1. To start a return, contact us at contact@celianne.com.
    2. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
    3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless otherwise stated) and for ensuring the package is securely sent.
      • Celianne is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
      • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

    Refunds

    • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has passed our quality inspection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the return is received and confirmed.
    • Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@celianne.com.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • For returns subject to a fee, the amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
