  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, and third-party alterations are not covered under warranty.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Celianne, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted jewelry designed to stand the test of time. To give you peace of mind, every purchase comes with a two-year warranty starting from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects or issues directly related to the craftsmanship of your piece.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to:

  • Lost or misplaced items
  • Regular wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing, fading of metals or stones)
  • Damage caused by improper care (such as contact with chemicals, water, or impact)
  • Modifications made by anyone other than Celianne
How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, email contact@celianne.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • A short description of the issue (how and when it occurred)
  • 2 photos: one showing the entire piece and another close-up of the affected area
Important Details to Know

By submitting a claim, you accept the following conditions:

  • Product return: If your claim is approved, you’ll need to send the item back for inspection and quality review.
  • Replacements: If the item is available in stock, you’ll receive the same product as a replacement.
  • Refunds: If the item is discontinued or unavailable, you’ll be refunded the original purchase price.
  • Third-party vendors: Purchases made through sellers outside of Celianne.net may have different warranty policies—please verify with the original seller.
  • Third-party repairs: Using an outside repair service voids Celianne’s warranty. We cannot process claims on items altered after purchase.
  • Promotional items: Jewelry obtained through special promotions or campaigns may not be eligible under our warranty.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • For mail-in returns, items must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
  • Sets must be returned in full—individual pieces from a set cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
  • For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included. Returns without certification will be sent back to the customer.
  • Orders must be returned from the same country where the purchase was originally made.
Non-returnable items include:
  • Engraved or monogrammed pieces
  • Earrings used during piercing services
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale merchandise
Return Shipping
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For orders subject to a return fee, the amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you’ll need to return your original purchase and place a new order. To begin a return, please click here.

can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by logging into your account. Once logged in, go to My Orders and select “Cancel Order.”

Please note: Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once the 30-minute window has passed.
Is Celianne Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Yes! Many of our designs are thoughtfully crafted with materials that are well-suited for sensitive skin. Our 14k solid gold and gold vermeil pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, making them a great choice if you’re prone to irritation.

Unlike fashion jewelry that often uses mixed or low-quality metals, our fine jewelry is designed for everyday wearwithout compromising on comfort. 14k solid gold, for example, won’t easily tarnish or cause skin reactions, while our gold vermeil pieces are crafted with a thick layer of 18k gold over sterling silver—another skin-friendly material.

If you know your skin is highly reactive, we recommend opting for 14k solid gold as it is the purest and most durable option in our collection. For earrings in particular—since they are in constant contact with your skin and piercings—solid gold can be the safest bet.
