Warranty
At Celianne, we take pride in creating handcrafted, high-quality jewelry designed to last for years. That’s why every purchase is backed by a two-year warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects directly related to the craftsmanship of your piece.

Please note, our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or misplaced items
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, fading of metals or stones)
  • Damage caused by improper care (chemicals, water, impact, etc.)
  • Alterations or repairs by anyone other than Celianne

How to File a Warranty Claim
To begin, email us at contact@celianne.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • A brief description of the issue (when/how it occurred)
  • 2 photos: one showing the entire piece, and one close-up of the issue

Important Details

  • Inspection required: If your claim is approved, you’ll need to return the item for review.
  • Replacements: If the item is in stock, you’ll receive the same product as a replacement.
  • Refunds: If discontinued or unavailable, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase price.
  • Third-party vendors: Purchases made outside of Celianne.net may follow a different warranty policy.
  • Third-party repairs: Any external modifications void the warranty.
  • Promotional items: Items obtained through promotions or giveaways may not be covered.

Exchanges:

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like another item, please return your purchase (following our Return Policy) and place a new order.
