Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times & Methods
- Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance, usually between 7–21 business days.
- Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather delays, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen delivery method.
- Free shipping may apply on orders over 150$, if specified during promotions or storewide offers.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country of residence.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can also log into your Celianne account and view your order status under My Orders.
Shipping Responsibility
We ask that you carefully review your shipping details before completing your purchase. Celianne is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local courier office directly. Delays & Issues
